60 min peiec® Session {In-person}

Individual 60 minute session held in-person.

Peiec® is a gentle, non-invasive methodology that works with the body, energy and system as a whole. Through a combination of hands on body work, light touch and off body techniques and sequences, it offers deeply restorative support to sensitive systems. The system naturally responds without the need to revisit trauma or force cathartic release. Peiec® methodology can be applied for illness, pain, dis-ease, body tension, emotional imbalance and for general well-being and personal growth.

The Stillness Session 90 mins {In-person}

The Stillness Session is a 90 minute peiec® session in which you are supported to rest your system at a new depth of stillness. Ideal for sensitive systems that respond to less input (less light, sound, scents, movement, words). Though the application of minimal hands on light touch and off-body techniques, your system is invited to soften, release and settle in its own time and in its own way. No rushing, no force, no cookie cutter approach to your body and system.

The final thirty minutes is dedicated to integration. Comforting blankets and the option of eye pillow and heated wheat pack. No talking, no interacting – demand free space to integrate the session in stillness.

Peiec® methodology can be applied for illness, pain, dis-ease, body tension, emotional imbalance and for general well-being and personal growth.

Mentoring

90 min Introductory Mentoring Session {In-person}

An introductory mentoring sessions is a gentle way to explore whether mentoring with me is an ideal fit for you. This session meets you where you are and with whatever you are moving through. Together we follow the energy of what is challenging you with illuminating conversation, practical wisdom, resources and energetic release that supports your whole system.

I draw upon decades of lived experience as an energetically sensitive, neurodivergent woman navigating the challenges of neurodivergent children, running a business, alternative schooling systems, the NDIS, hospital systems, mental health systems and aged care services for aging parents.

The session includes 30 minutes of deeply restorative energy balancing and bodywork with the peiec® method.
